I lived and worked on a small, 10 acre Biodynamic farm for 21 years while pursuing an Egyptological career. I produced milk and food from the farm, raised two boys and shepherded them through a Waldorf education. I pursued both academic and spiritual studies. In 2014, however, I changed focus and took Business Coaching, a series of three Beyond Addiction Programs, and finally became a Certified Personal Coach and a Certified Compassionate Inquiry Practitioner. This shift demanded self-awareness, self-love and self-compassion. These developed slowly and painfully as each visit to resolve, rather than relieve, childhood trauma opened decades-long unconscious habits. The process will likely go on for the rest of my life. At the same time I am ready to work with others who wish to resolve their childhood trauma!
