I bring you my experiences in various eastern and western modalities of inquiry and working with the self. I fuse Yoga, Appreciative Inquiry, TA, Gestalt, Compassionate Inquiry, Yoga, Enneagram, Theatre and Coaching to align you with your truth.
I am also a certified Padi Scuba Instructor, Para Gliding pilot and run white water rafting expeditions.
I have been training, facilitating and coaching for the past 27 years in small, medium and large scale corporate houses, and my work has taken me to 24 countries with clients in many parts of the globe. Over the last 14 years, I have moved into healing systems.
My work is holistically designed and intuitively aligned to work with accountability, responsibility and a deep-rooted relationship with my clients.
I offer in-person sessions in India; via zoom and provide 3-9 months of live-in work as a full-time coach.
