I am certified Coach and Embodiment Facilitator. My background is fairly cognitive: Working in corporate companies, which various health pains accompanying it (tensions, anxiety, IBS, beginning of Ulcer), and other few years working in the Third sector (Fair Trade, Microcredits).
Only an accidental life threatening event made me stop and reevaluate what was important and meaningful. I am since dedicating my work to create deep changes within my clients with warmth and care, either executives or individuals.
My private clients are usually quite determined, cognitively very active and yet believe there something wrong in them.
Even if I am specialized in embodiment techniques, and I am always meeting my clients where they are, using either a more scientific, body-mind or spiritual language.
I am also creator of the Podcast "The Odd One In" soon to be released.
I work in either English, French or Spanish.
