Deep Listening and Somatic Presence Workshop

We invite you to join our Workshop on Deep Listening and Somatic Presence: an embodied exploration of attunement and right-brain relationship with Allison Creech on Saturday, May 23, 2026 from 10:30am to 3:30pm ET

This full-day online workshop offers an immersive exploration of the therapeutic encounter as a nervous system event shaped by embodied attunement, right-brain synchrony, and relational presence. Blending neurobiological theory with experiential practice, participants will explore deep listening as a somatic process—attending to subtle bodily cues, gut-level knowing, and moment-to-moment shifts in the relational field.

This approach supports a greater capacity for embodied empathy and a resonance with what is present, allowing for a more refined and precise quality of attunement.

In this 5-hour session you will

  • Experience the therapeutic encounter as a dynamic exchange between nervous systems, informed by neurobiological perspectives and Allan Schore’s model of right-brain-to-right-brain communication.
  • Engage deep listening and attunement practices that cultivate embodied empathy, intuitive knowing, and a responsive relational presence.
  • Expand somatic awareness of the present moment, tracking subtle bodily cues and shifts within the relational field
  • Recognize habitual patterns of relational engagement, including tendencies toward over-activation or dissociation within the relational field.
  • Explore attunement as a right-brain process, strengthening the capacity to “be with” another with precision, openness, and implicit relational knowing.
