I began my professional journey in mental, emotional, and spiritual well-being in 2008, after attending a transformative 10-day Vipassana meditation retreat. Over the next 15 years, I earned certifications in Executive Coaching, Neuro-Linguistic Programming, and Compassionate Inquiry. In 2018, I founded Between Us, a global initiative dedicated to alleviating disconnection and loneliness by fostering community discussions on complex topics like forgiveness, money, anger, and politics. Over the past six years, we have hosted nearly 600 gatherings across 39 cities, including New York, Madrid, and Nairobi, helping thousands of participants discover our shared humanity.

I have guided hundreds of individuals, couples, and teams through conflict and disconnection. Using somatic practices, deep listening, and ancestral integration, I help people connect with their deepest essence, where wisdom, joy, truth, and love reside.

Originally from Venezuela with European and Indigenous ancestry, I now reside in Miami with my two children and my English husband.
