I am an Addictions Counsellor and Recovery/Life Coach. My own journey led me on this path of offering a compassionate space for those in need. During the years, I broadened my scope and worked with clients with various issues from difficulties with stress management and self- regulation, anxiety, burn out, insomnia etc.
As a certified Mindfulness therapist, I further trained myself with Tara Brach & Jack Kornfield, as well as at the Oxford Mindfulness Center. I believe in the safe client- therapist connection that stems from the space of compassion and enables the client to reconnect with the body. I support my clients to explore their personal, innate capacity and potentials by combining several trauma-sensitive somatic modalities.
I offer individual counselling and CI sessions in my private practice, both online and in person. I use Compassionate Inquiry and Mindfulness to help individuals, as well as organisations to improve mental health at a broader scope. I work with people from all corners of the world and believe in the enriching nature of cultural diversity that supports our sense of common humanity.
I hold a degree in International Relations and have worked for many years for international organizations.
