Description

Rooted in the Zulu word “Sawubona” (I See You) which is both a greeting and a philosophy, I support individuals from all walks of life, with a deep commitment to the BIPOC community with presence, compassion and cultural attunement.

My work weaves Afrocentric & Eastern wisdom with modern somatic practices, creating a safe space for you to reconnect with body, mind and spirit. I offer you a process that is gentle and where you feel safe.

I am actively facilitating workshops and retreats in Southern Africa that hold space for healing, collective restoration and remembering ancestral wisdom.

Currently exploring Indigenous Birthwork Models and Afrocentric somatic trauma processes to deepen my understanding in culturally grounded approaches to healing.

I look forward to holding space for you.
