Riitta-Johanna Schäublin
- Somatic Therapist

I’m a medical doctor, pediatrician, and Certified Compassionate Inquiry® Practitioner with over 20 years of clinical experience. I’m also an internationally certified infant massage instructor and a facilitator of the Pregnancy Dialogues program. My work weaves together trauma-informed care, somatic awareness, and prenatal and perinatal psychology—supporting babies and toddlers, but also parents who are ready to interrupt transgenerational patterns with love, presence, and courage.
I’m the founder of Savetovalište, an integrative support system for families that brings together science, connection, and emotional safety. I offer individual psychotherapy sessions in my private practice, both online and in person. I work with people from around the world, honoring both cultural diversity and the shared human need for attunement and healing.
In developing my Compassionate Inquiry practice, I explored many layers of my own trauma, beliefs, and protective adaptations. This process opened space for new ways of being—for which I’m deeply grateful.
I believe this is the missing puzzle piece in medicine: a profound understanding of conception, pregnancy, birth, and illness as expressions of the whole being—its capacities, its adaptations, and its response to the circumstances it once had no power to change.
In our work together, I will remain present, compassionate, and non-judgmental. I aim to create a safe space where you can gently experience yourself—perhaps in a way you never have before—and, in time, return to your most authentic self.
For many, this journey is life-changing.
