Description

Hello and a warm welcome,

Therapy, to me, is an invitation a quiet yet powerful commitment to return home to yourself. It’s an act of courage to sit with your truth, to listen inwardly, and to connect with parts of you that may have been silenced or forgotten.

My early training in therapy began with Transactional Analysis (TA), Gestalt Therapy, and Person-Centred Counselling approaches that helped me understand how our patterns, relationships, and self-perceptions are formed. Each offered something profound: TA gave me a language for understanding communication and human dynamics, Gestalt deepened my appreciation for awareness and presence, and the Person-Centred model reminded me of the healing power of empathy and unconditional positive regard.

These foundations have shaped me into an integrative psychotherapist; someone who adapts to the person in front of me, rather than fitting them into a single method.

Over time, my personal and professional journey led me to Compassionate Inquiry (CI). CI has become the heart of my work and the way I live. It offers a gentle yet transformative way of understanding how early experiences and unconscious beliefs shape our emotions, behaviours, and relationships in the present.

Compassionate Inquiry taught me to arise with curiosity rather than judgment. It helped me uncover the stories beneath my deep defences not to assign blame, but to bring awareness and compassion where pain once lived in silence.

We begin where we heal. We seek meaning not always in answers, but in the curiosity that builds over time; the kind of curiosity that allows the child who was once terrified to be seen, to finally feel safe enough to show up. That is where the transformation begins.

Healing begins when we can hold space for our pain without fear and allow it to unfold in the safety of understanding.

My approach is trauma informed, culturally sensitive, and rooted in compassion. I integrate relational, somatic, and reflective techniques, supporting you to reconnect with your body, emotions, sense of meaning and to that inner child that was once deeply buried beneath so much pain.

This is a shared journey one where we walk together towards greater awareness, acceptance, and peace.

If you are ready to begin that process, I would be honoured to accompany you on your path.

I work both online and in person (London and Birmingham UK).
