Hello, I’m Diana.

After 10 years practicing medicine, becoming a mother opened my eyes to the unconscious ways I was living. There started my path to explore human behaviour,  trauma, and addictions more deeply.

I have a special interest in perinatal trauma and childhood development, and I’ve also studied Internal Family Systems and Polyvagal Theory.

Together with my husband, we are building a learning community for children here in Portugal, where we combine this knowledge and his pedagogy experience to create a mindful and holistic approach to education.
