Rakel Kieding
- Life Coach

I am a Compassionate Inquiry® practitioner and a trauma-informed, nature-based neurological occupational therapist. My well-established career in Neurological Occupational Therapy, together with my thriving roots in regenerative horticulture, have shaped how I see healing as an ecosystem—alive, dynamic, and deeply relational. A life lived across continents, a childhood shaped within the systemic injustice of apartheid, and profound personal losses such as infertility have taught me that our stories, our bodies, and our worlds are inseparably woven.
I believe wholeheartedly that the world needs us to be all of who we are. When we show up fully—messy, honest, tender, powerful—we create health not only for ourselves, but for everyone around us.
In my practice, I support people to hear and feel themselves, to allow themselves, to dignify their story, and to advocate for their truth. I trust in the integrating wisdom that rises when we find our own way, and dare to live from and shape the world around us from that place.
