As an art therapist, I accompany people living with depression, burnout, trauma, and trauma-related conditions in a clinical setting. In my work there, I weave together the power of visual imagery with Compassionate Inquiry.
In my private practice, I open spaces for Compassionate Inquiry and art therapy—offered individually or gently intertwined.
Through Focusing, I found my way to the body’s inherent wisdom. With Compassionate Inquiry, I discovered a field in which I can move with safety and trust, while supporting others on their own deeply personal paths of healing.
In my work, I trust the inherent intelligence of life processes, which reveal themselves most clearly on the somatic level and guide us, with quiet wisdom, toward the next step.
