My path to CI grew out of my 40 plus years as a nurse midwife. For twenty years I  attended births and for the remainder I provided gynecology care. During this time, I began providing counseling care. It was a natural outgrowth of my woman focused mode of practice.  In 2021 I completed certification as a Psychedelic Therapist. I currently provide ketamine therapy in a separate practice. Subsequent to this, I began my CI journey. I have found CI to have been life changing both personally and professionally.

My counseling goals are meeting people where they are, holding them softly with care and respect and being open to the unfolding process.

I additionally have an interest in care of people facing terminal illness and end of life concerns.

I offer CI, preferably in person, at my Charlottesville, VA office.

Please note I offer no psychedelic therapy in this practice. I am open to integration work.
