I am an artist, a contortionist, a mother… At the age of 13, I joined Cirque du Soleil, so my transition into adulthood took place within the unconventional world of the circus.
On stage, I sought to maintain balance, fluidity, precision, and grace. Sometimes, I would lose my balance for a moment, but then I would find it again. It was in this space between losing balance and regaining it that I learned to trust myself.
I am fascinated by how the body’s external language projects its inner universe; how breath and movement connect to inner space and emotion… through curiosity; and how flexibility and articulation impact the mind and soul.
Compassionate Inquiry has expanded my perspective and my heart, and has brought to light many blind spots within me that I didn’t even know existed. This practice has inspired me to embrace my authentic self and to allow my emotions to express themselves freely.
Here is my invitation:
Approaching your inner language with an attitude of curiosity;
Helping you identify and acknowledge your behavioral patterns and the purpose they sought to fulfill at other times in your life;
Giving you the tools to create the life you are destined to live.
