After transitioning from engineering to human development in 2012, Ana ventured into organizational consulting following her technical consultant role for the German government in Zambia. Her journey led her to become a pioneer in bringing the Thinking Environment® certified training to coaches, facilitators, and new trainers in Brazil. Discovering CI as a powerful approach to transforming unconscious patterns, Ana incorporated trauma work into her leadership development and cultural change programs. Committed to fostering deep personal transformations, she works with clients from diverse cultures and backgrounds.
