My name is Anca, I’m a Psychologist, Holistic Therapist and Coach, accredited by the prestigious international organization IACTM, and, since 2024, a Compassionate Inquiry Practitioner.
I have a Bachelor Degree in Psychology and Philology. My main interest has always been trauma, so I’ve studied and experienced different approaches: psychology, neuroscience, integrative coaching, energetic medicine, epigenetics, meditation, manual holistic therapies to release the trauma stored in the body.
Compassionate Inquiry has proven to be the missing piece in all my searches. I personally found my peace in the kinder, softer, most compassionate approach I could ever find.
I am currently an Intern for 2 cohorts, including Compassionate Inquiry Romania.
