Felipe Andrés Lillo Climent

Description

Felipe is a clinical psychologist originally from Chile, with 13 years of clinical experience supporting individuals through processes related to trauma, anxiety, addiction, dissociation, and profound emotional suffering. Throughout his professional journey, he has lived and worked in five countries, which has enriched his clinical perspective and deepened his understanding of the cultural, relational, and social contexts that influence mental health.

His training path began in Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy and later expanded into Strategic Systemic and Narrative approaches. Over time, motivated by both personal experiences and a critical reflection on the limitations of traditional models, he deepened his work within an Experiential Humanistic orientation, integrating transpersonal tools, work with non-ordinary states of consciousness, psychedelics (from an integration and harm-reduction perspective), Holotropic Breathwork, and Focusing.

Felipe holds a Master’s degree in Clinical and Health Psychology from the University of Valencia in Spain. His way of working places particular emphasis on the quality of the therapeutic relationship, the therapist’s presence, and ongoing personal work, understanding that healing occurs primarily within a space of safety, honesty, and connection, rather than through the rigid application of techniques.

He currently integrates contributions from neuroscience, compassion-based approaches, trauma awareness, and the biopsychosocial model into his practice, viewing the human being as an inseparable unity of body, mind, and emotional experience. Since August 2019, he has been committed to the Compassionate Inquiry model, continuously deepening his engagement with this approach and other congruent frameworks.

In addition to his private practice, Felipe collaborates in Employee Assistance Programs (EAP) with Pulso Europe and actively participates in the NGO Humans for Humans, providing free psychological care to survivors of human trafficking. In parallel, he develops therapeutic spaces and online communities focused on accompaniment and psychoeducation through his YouTube channel.

Felipe offers online psychotherapy to people around the world throughout the year. For those seeking in-person sessions, he is available in Valencia, Spain, between February and April, and in Norway between April and February. His work is oriented toward providing close, respectful, and committed support, tailored to each person’s pace and personal history.
