Hello. If your path has crossed mine, I thank you for your strength and courage to continue on this transformational journey of self-discovery, healing and finding internal peace. It’s a journey that I have taken, and continue to be on, and can tell you from personal experience that it is life changing.

I am a registered counsellor in private practice since 2017. I believe my academic training is complimented by personal experiences and my own healing journey. I incorporate a variety of modalities, methods, and approaches  in order to support you in ways that are best suited for you as an individual. This may include traditional talk therapy combined with certified, trained and/or informed practices in expressive /arts therapy, somatic therapy, C.I., IFS, Polyvagal etc.

As a Metis person, I may also incorporate practices that may help you to become more grounded and in touch with the healing powers of nature.

I have found that when we are able to learn, discover and understand the science and the how’s and why’s behind what is happening, things start to make sense and we become skilled at connecting with ourselves and others. We become able to be authentically in community and at peace.

I am Certified and have been trained in Compassionate Inquiry since 2019 and it is training that has profoundly changed my life both personally and professionally.
