For over three decades my work has been with people in fostering connection. This began with my own experience in living with, and learning to accept the affects of living with long term auto-immune disease,  In my teens I managed my emotions and internal beliefs by long distance running and disordered eating, in my twenties I found relief and increased self-awarenesss through yoga and alternative healing modalities, and in my thirties I turned my lens towards somatic practices such as Craniosacral Therapy and Rolfing. Over time, I grew into the role of teacher and therapist.

The title I give my work today is Somatic Therapy, and my tools come from many years as a yoga practitioner and teacher, bodyworker (Rolfing, Rolf Movement, Craniosacral Therapist) and coach. My entrance to working with the psyche has been via the body, with Compassionate Inquiry and IFS enhancing the language of understanding. I am currently in the Somatic Experiencing Training.

While I draw from a variety of modalities, my work is integrated and aligned to meet you where you are.

My interest is in creating a space for listening and seeing the possibility for wholeness that exists within everyone. I have a special interest in chronic illness; adolescence, menopause and life transitions; neurodiversity; disordered eating and psychedelic integration.

I am a Compassionate Inquiry Practitioner and Private Mentor.
