My work is inspired by building connections where they were lost. Disconnections in our lives comes from different places in our childhood when we learned to prioritize them or that over ourself. My work is heavily influence also by my own therapeutic journey of healing my childhood trauma and my disconnection from myself.
In a safe therapeutic space I’d like to meet you exactly where you are in your journey. Tailoring my approach to your needs. Together we will explore the dynamics of your current state of emotional, physical and mental layers; exploring the roots of your experiences.
The work I do is a result of the various techniques and approaches that I have incorporated like Compassionate Inquiry (CI), Internal Family systems (IFS), Polyvagal theory, Integral Somatic Psychology (ISP), Dynamic Attachment Repatterning Experience (DARe), Narrative therapy, CBT, NLP, Hypnotherapy, Time line therapy.
As a Therapist I bring Curiosity, Openness, Compassion, Playfulness to my work with an intention to create a safe place for a therapeutic journey to take place.
