DEI Session: A Decolonized Approach to Therapy with Linda Thai

Join us for our upcoming DEI session on A Decolonized Approach to Therapy with Linda Thai!

In this 90-minute conversation we’ll reflect on how our understanding of attachment and relational healing has been shaped — and often limited — by colonial paradigms. Together, we’ll explore how systems of oppression such as racism, sexism, and ableism influence both our relationships and our work as therapists. This session invites us to bring awareness to these dynamics in clinical practice and personal reflection, and to reimagine attachment through a decolonized and holistic lens — one that honors connection not only with early caregivers, but also with ancestors, spiritual traditions, chosen families, broader communities, and the natural world. We come together with the intention to open our relational imaginations, challenge inherited biases, and move toward healing, connection, and collective liberation.

This session will also include a space for Q&A to address your questions and share insights.
