Elizabeth Darlison

Private Mentor, Compassionate Inquiry Practitioner, Clinical Supervisor, Therapist

For over twenty years, I have had the privilege of walking alongside people as they navigate their healing journeys from addiction toward self-discovery and renewal. My heart’s work as an integrative trauma therapist is grounded as a Person-Centred therapist, alongside a MSc in Addiction and Psychology, and as an Institute of Group Analysis, Group Work Practitioner. I am also here to support fellow practitioners as an Accredited BACP Clinical Supervisor and Compassionate Inquiry Private Mentor.

In our work together, I gently weave psychodynamic understanding with explorations of how our childhood experiences and family stories continue to shape our lives today. As a Certified Compassionate Inquiry Practitioner and Private Mentor, I create a nurturing space where you can safely explore your challenges, supported by both proven therapeutic approaches and the wisdom our body holds.
Whether you are looking for brief support or a longer therapeutic relationship, I am here to accompany you through healing from trauma in all its forms. My approach blends years of heartfelt professional experience with deep attentiveness to your innate capacity for healing, offering a journey characterised by warmth, acceptance, and compassionate guidance.

I would love to work alongside you to develop and explore your intentions with curiosity, warmth, and playfulness in a safe and treasured space. As a Compassionate Inquiry Private Mentor, I can offer individual sessions, group experiences and/or clinical supervision, (available both individually and in groups). My door is open to anyone seeking a companion on their path through trauma healing, personal growth, or professional development.
