Ioana-Andra Hrituliac
Private Mentor, Compassionate Inquiry Practitioner and Circle leader, Psychologist and Counselor
My journey with Compassionate Inquiry began during what I now lovingly call my “dark night of the soul” – a transformative period that led me to Gabor’s work through “The Wisdom of Trauma” and offered me the privilege to learn directly from him, Sat Dharam Kaur and the Mentors I met along the way. What started as professional curiosity blossomed into a profound personal and professional journey that has forever changed how I show up in the world and in my therapeutic practice.
It is now my honor to offer myself as a private mentor to the CI community, supporting others as they navigate their own path through this transformative work. Whether you’re currently enrolled in the professional training program, mentorship program, or are a certified CI practitioner seeking ongoing development, I’m here to walk alongside you.
In our work together, we will focus on creating a SAFE space for growth:
- Self-awareness – Cultivating deeper understanding of which subpersonalities emerge in your therapeutic relationships, and how they influence your presence with clients.
- Attunement – Developing your confidence and competence with the key skills and qualities outlined in the CI map, particularly attunement to yourself and others.
- Foundations – Strengthening your foundations as a practitioner by exploring your unique gifts and challenges, focusing on areas you wish to develop.
- Embodiment – Preparing for certification or recertification by refining your approach and embodying the compassionate inquiry principles in your practice.
My CI journey has been deeply enriching, beginning with the Year Long Training in 2021 and culminating in becoming a Certified Private Mentor. This path has taught me that true healing happens not through technique alone, but through the quality of presence we bring to each encounter.
My professional background includes work as a psychologist online or in my private practice @ Mood Hug Therapy Studio in Brasov, complemented by my training in Personal Development Consulting/Life Coaching. I am currently pursuing a Master’s degree in Clinical Psychology, Counseling and Psychotherapy, deepening my theoretical foundation. Before entering the therapeutic field, I spent over a decade in management and customer service roles, experiences that enriched my understanding of human relationships in diverse contexts.
I believe a good mentor is like a lighthouse—not steering your ship but illuminating the hidden currents beneath the surface. My approach to mentoring is grounded in genuine curiosity, flexibility and warmth. I adapt to meet each person exactly where they are, recognizing everyone’s unique journey and individuality.
Alongside my psychological practice, I dedicate myself to Kundalini Yoga, honoring the vital importance of somatic approaches in healing. My training in Psychological First Aid, Traumatic Stress Studies through the Trauma Research Foundation, and Internal Family Systems further informs my holistic approach to supporting others.
I offer a safe, accepting space where you can show up authentically, without any need to impress or perform, as I welcome the opportunity to support the international CI community.
I would be honored to accompany you on your CI journey. Please feel free to reach out if you have any questions or would like to explore working together.
