It is a pleasure to join you on this Compassionate Inquiry Mentorship journey. As a proud member of the first official cohort to graduate from the Compassionate Inquiry year-long training, I was also among the first interns to complete the Internship and the first mentees to finish the Mentorship Program. When asked to become your Mentor, I jumped at the opportunity. This program has profoundly transformed my being, and I am thrilled to share my knowledge while deepening my understanding and love of Compassionate Inquiry alongside you.

I hold a doctorate in Counselling & Psychotherapy and have completed two Clinical Supervision Trainings: one with Dr. Jeff Chang at the University of Athabasca and the other with Dr. Blythe Shepard at the University of Lethbridge. My educational qualifications also include a Master’s in Psychological Counselling, a Post-Graduate Diploma in Addictions: Treatment and Prevention, and a Degree in Sociology.

As a Registered Psychotherapist and a Registered Yoga Therapist with the International Yoga Therapy Association, I operate a private practice from my home-based office in a small rural community in Ontario. My background in social services spans back to 2009, allowing me to work with diverse populations and develop a deep understanding of holistic healing.

In my early 20s, I witnessed firsthand the powerful impact of blending Eastern spiritual practices with Western psychology. This journey began when I started studying yoga with Sat Dharam Kaur and was introduced to Dr. Gabor Maté’s work. I strive to offer unique, evidence-based, client-centred, and spiritually aligned opportunities for you to learn, grow, heal, and reconnect with yourself in both your personal and professional lives.

Through this mentorship, I aim to empower you to embrace your authentic self, navigate your path, and cultivate meaningful change.
