I support people to become truly "response-able" — i.e. able to respond to life with awareness, presence, and choice, even in emotionally charged moments — and my passion is helping people move through their darkest parts into the most vibrant expression of their authenticity.
I work with individuals at turning points in parenting, relationships, or sexuality:
Many are navigating parenting overwhelm and noticing how children, co-parents, or their behaviour can mirror unresolved patterns.
Others long for relationships rooted in honesty, voiced needs, and emotional safety — in classic partnerships, polyamorous constellations, friendships, and other key bonds.
I see sexuality as a gateway to healing, embodiment, and life force. Questions often wrapped in shame can become entry points to understanding our past and our desires. I welcome themes of tantra, kink, BDSM, and sex work.
In all of my work, my focus is on somatic learning so shifts become felt, lived, and lasting change.

Other Certified Training
In addition to Compassionate Inquiry, I am trained in embodied coaching (CPCC), relationship-oriented parenting (Artgerecht.de), and resource-oriented counselling (FHNW). I am trained in tantric massage and practice shibari professionally — two methodologies I uniquely offer as embodied pathways that can support healing by inviting a reparative experience of deep safety and trust.
My expertise is further shaped by my lived experience as a single mother who navigated intense parenting strain with little support and challenges linked to the other parent’s addiction, and who left a dysfunctional corporate role that provided for my kids to build a life rooted in authenticity and trust in my life force energy.
