- Life Coach

I began my working life as a biomedical scientist, reading illness in cells under a microscope. Later I spent two decades in finance, the last nine as a chief executive. Both worlds taught me the same thing from opposite ends: the body holds what the mind cannot say.
That sentence is now my work. As a Compassionate Inquiry practitioner I sit with people who are successful, capable, and quietly exhausted by a pattern they cannot think their way out of. We work with Internal Family Systems, somatic awareness, the nervous system itself, listening for the survival response still doing its old job long after the danger has passed.
What I trust is simple. Behaviour is never the problem; it is an attempt at protection. Nobody is broken. When a person is met with enough compassion, the body begins to let go.
