Xavier de Lecaros-Aquise
- Psychotherapist

Born in Mexico, I have lived in different countries including Panama, the United States, and Canada. My experience as a migrant, mother, and woman has given me a deep understanding of the processes of adaptation, identity, trauma, and human resilience. I speak both English and Spanish, and I primarily support individuals who wish to reconnect with their authenticity and with that essential part of themselves that, at some level, we all know exists within us, even if it has become disconnected over time. My intention is to support processes that foster a more compassionate, conscious, and authentic relationship with oneself.
I hold a degree in Psychology with a trauma-informed approach and have also trained in Compassionate Inquiry®, yoga, astrology, and contemplative practices. Before dedicating myself to therapeutic work, I spent more than 13 years in the corporate and financial world. My path integrates both professional experience and a deep personal and spiritual exploration influenced by Buddhism, somatic work, and humanistic approaches.
I believe in creating safe spaces where all parts of a person can feel seen, heard, and supported with presence, sensitivity, and humanity.
