I step in that field inviting my clients to join. I bring humility and playfulness to make that field a safe and trusting place.

Having gone through many losses in my own life I became a Certified Grief Consular, by David Kessler, I am dedicated in supporting people in grief from losses of any kind.

I have a bachelor in psychology from Stockholm’s university. I am certified consular, Uppsala university Sweden. Recently working solely as a therapist.

I am also a certified MBSR teacher, offering my clients somatic work, breathwork and mindfulness.
For more than 30 years I have been working as a certified social worker and counselor in the Swedish health care and education system.

Since 15 years I volunteer in the Swedish suicide line.
I love being with my grandchildren, gardening, reading poetry.
