Description
Aine is a Chartered Psychologist who has been working in the NHS for over 20 years. She also has a private practice, working online with clients from all over the world. Aine draws upon a number of therapeutic approaches to help meet each client's individual needs. She lives in Bangor in County Down, Northern Ireland.
She provides a compassionate, non-judgemental and safe space to help the client on their journey towards healing. She is passionate about using the CI approach and has found this to be life changing both personally and professionally.
She is a certified Compassionate Inquiry Practitioner. She also provides Compassion Focused Therapy, Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) and Sensorimotor Psychotherapy. Aine is also a Mindfulness Teacher.
