Following a BA in sculpture I have spent the last 35 years studying yoga, anatomy and bodywork/therapy. My primary therapeutic practice for the last 15 years has been Biodynamic Craniosacral Therapy and I combine Compassionate Inquiry with this modality as well as offering it as a stand alone therapy for online work. I have been training yoga teachers for many years and specialise in early years development and anatomy and the way it may influence our current behaviours and embodiment. I support students and practitioners through supervision for a number of trainings in the UK. My spiritual practice has been rooted in Dzogchen Buddhism for the last 20 years which has at its foundation a strong meditation practice. I am committed to supporting all beings to find a deeper sense of belonging and the ability to orient towards their own self compassion and potentiality, to find new ways of making sanctuary. My approach is considered to be creative and kind. I look forward to working with you.
