Ana Uribe

Ana (she/her) was born in the lands of the Muiscas, Colombia and now lives on Wurundjeri Woi Wurrung country in Australia. She is a Compassionate Inquiry practitioner, embodiment facilitator and trauma informed educator. A passionate plant medicine advocate, a senior facilitator in yoga and meditation (E-RYT 500) and a nature connection and Trauma Sensitive Trauma Centre Facilitator (TCTSY-F).

Ana specialises in mental health, trauma resolution and plant medicine preparation and integration.

Her work has included facilitating roles within juvenile detention centre, youth homelessness and foster care; not-for-profit sectors, universities and corporate environments; retreats nationally and internationally; professional development and educational workshops on trauma informed approaches; and individual 1 on 1 and group therapeutic programs.

Apart from all her qualifications, her work is also supported by her own journey with plant medicine wisdom and lived experiences of the dieteros process, Internal family systems, polyvagal theory and somatic experiencing which have been instrumental in her own healing journey.
