My journey in the therapeutic world began with a profound question: How do our emotions relate to what the body experiences? Seeking answers, I trained in biodecoding, trophology (conscious nutrition), and various therapies that integrate mind, body, and emotion.
Over time, this personal journey became my calling. I specialized in psychotrauma, directed dreaming, and tools such as the polyvagal model and Compassionate Inquiry, deepening my understanding of how the body stores memories and how we can release them with love and awareness.
I have been through my own difficult moments, and in that process, I discovered that healing is much more than relieving a symptom—it is reconnecting with the truth of who we are.
I support those seeking to heal from a holistic approach, creating a safe, judgment-free space, and, when needed, adding a touch of humor (because laughter heals too). As an eternal learner, I find in every encounter an opportunity to grow and nourish myself.
Every manifestation of the body is a message, and when we learn to listen, we find the path back to our essence.
