After 20 years of teaching in both the public and private sectors, I felt called to look at what had always been present beneath the surface: my own pain, patterns, and unanswered questions. Over the years, my students gently reflected back to me the parts of myself that still needed to be seen, understood, untangled, and ultimately held with compassion. This journey naturally led me toward Conscious Parenting Coaching with Dr. Shefali, NLP, attachment work, and relational dynamics.
In 2023, I discovered Compassionate Inquiry®, and I fell in love with a more compassionate and deeply human way of relating to students, parents, clients, and especially to myself. In 2024, I graduated in Psychology, specializing in attachment theory, relationality, and child development. My approach is deeply informed by my own life experiences, including personal and medical trauma, which shaped the way I understand relationships, emotional safety, and healing.
Today, I work as a personal development coach and Compassionate Inquiry® Practitioner, guided by the curiosity about what makes us truly human and how we connect to ourselves and one another. Alongside my work, I continue training within the MMTCP mindfulness path and in Relational Life Therapy.
I work with women, parents, educators and couples exploring attachment, relationships, emotional awareness and presence. I believe healing begins when we feel truly accepted and connected to ourselves, and everything I do is rooted in a deep intention to live, relate, and work more consciously.
