Elizabeth Darlison

I have over two decades of experience as an integrative trauma therapist working one to one and in a group setting. My passion lies in guiding individuals on their transformative path from addiction to new discoveries. I hold an Advanced Diploma in Person-Centred Counselling, an MSc in Addiction and Psychology, and certificate as a Group Work Practitioner. My approach weaves psychodynamic processes with the profound tapestry of childhood and family origins.

The integration of Compassionate Inquiry has enriched my practice, seamlessly weaving together my years of expertise with the intuitive, somatic wisdom held deep within the human body. As a Certified Compassionate Inquiry Practitioner, I provide a sanctuary of safety, a soothing presence that gently ushers a journey of healing, with the warmness of acceptance and compassion. I offer both short and long-term therapy, attending to trauma in all its intricate forms.
