Welcome, and thank you for being here!

I am a medical doctor and psychiatrist with over a decade of clinical experience.

Since the beginning of my career, I have been intrigued by the deeper reasons behind illnesses and human suffering, often finding conventional medicine lacking in answers. Even as a young physician, I recognized the significance of the body-mind connection, which led me to explore various psychotherapy modalities such as Group Analysis, Client-Centered Therapy, and Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR). In early 2020, I discovered the work of Dr. Gabor Maté, which initiated my journey into Compassionate Inquiry at a time when I personally needed it the most.

My own healing journey has allowed me to process early childhood experiences of war, the collective trauma from the war in my home country during the 1990s, unstable family dynamics, and the challenges of understanding, living through, and fighting against my son’s cancer.

In our sessions, I strive to create a safe, accepting, and non-judgmental space where we can explore whatever arises in the present moment. Together, we will work on reconnecting the mind, body, and heart. Through compassion, curiosity, and body awareness, we will confront limiting beliefs and patterns, patiently guiding ourselves back to wholeness and authenticity.

Currently, I offer my services online, as I split my time between Bosnia and Herzegovina and the UAE.
