Helena H Green
Helena is a Master Practitioner in Clinical Counselling, specializing in anxiety, the subconscious and spirituality. She is certified in Gabor Mate’s Compassionate Inquiry (original second cohort). Helena is also the founder of the innovative, next generation of Emotional Freedom Techniques (EFT), called Clinical Meridian Tapping (CMT). CMT is featured in her bestselling workbook for deep healing called, ‘Anxiety Therapy at Home: Dancing with Your Shadow.’ It is now available as an eBook, B & W print and Colour print. She is a public speaker, workshop facilitator, publisher and non profit volunteer. Other publications include her ‘Forgiveness Tool” and her various articles in the Synergy Magazine column, ‘Ramblings of an Old Flower Child.’
Her lifelong learning also includes Internal Family Systems, Self Management Workshops in Chronic Conditions, including Pain and Diabetes, and Non-violent Communication. Her passion, with a holistic approach of integrated mind, body and spirit, has guided her to embrace alternative lenses, including shamanic insights and Somatic Energy Psychology.
Community service has included past Counsellor at Large for the City of Nanaimo, Regional Director for the Canadian Professional Counsellor’s Assoc, FACTBC Committee member to create the counsellors regulatory college, and various Non-profit Association Boards.
From her current location in Red Deer, Alberta, Helena continues to work with individuals and couples, virtually, around the world.
