Henny has many years’ experience as a teacher and counsellor, working with teenagers and adults, extensively in inner London, and now in private practice in rural Brecon Beacons, Wales, where she works with people locally and globally.

Having seen how people get stuck in patterns (including her own), whether personal, generational, or social, when Henny found Compassionate Inquiry and Gabor’s trauma-informed work she knew it was the right fit for the way she worked with people and for her own inner journey and healing. Compassionate Inquiry revealed itself to be inclusive, truthful, and brimming with humanity, causing Henny to commit her focus and immerse herself in all the different Compassionate Inquiry trainings, and certify as a Compassionate Inquiry Practitioner. The beautiful growth, healing, and deepening in this process was for Henny a homecoming and empowered her to tap into her own agency and offer the deepest compassion possible to both herself and her clients.

Using her own experiences, insight, and deep love of people’s possibility Henny works in a mind-body connected way, creating safety, warmth, lightness, and deepening processes and attunement with her clients. Using Compassionate Inquiry as her main focus Henny gently guides clients to their own truth, to feeling feelings that might have been buried or hidden and gaining connection to their own felt sense and possibility.
