My passion is to work with people.
I believe that every human being is "a mine rich in gems of inestimable value."

For more than 20 years, I have worked as a Consultant and a Coach in the business environment. In 2006, I founded a human resource company that provides executive search, coaching, and leadership development services in Slovakia, Czechia, and other CEE countries.

Compassion and empathy have always been essential to my work, but learning about the Compassionate Inquiry approach was a truly transforming experience.

Working with managers, leaders, and entrepreneurs, I observe that empowering their authenticity is not only of benefit to them but also to those they guide.

As a volunteer and a mother of three teenagers, I run neighborhood-oriented programs for children, junior youth, and adults. My vision is to help build a local community where everyone cares for one another and no one feels alone.
