Hello and welcome! I have a counselling practice in Kelowna, BC – I love my work and am very passionate about mental health and wellbeing. I am a Registered Clinical Counsellor with the BC Association of Clinical Counsellors as well as a Certified Clinical Trauma Professional. I started out in health care as a pharmacist but decided after 15 years to pursue my master’s in counselling psychology – I enjoy working one-on-one with people to foster change in their lives and heal from the past. Compassionate Inquiry has been life-changing, on both a personal and professional level. My clients tell me they appreciate getting to the root of their issues.
I am inclusive, sex-positive, and I offer a welcoming space for all gender identities and sexual orientations. I have training and experience in online counselling and am happy to provide Compassionate Inquiry sessions Canada-wide. I offer free consultations to see if you would like to work together.
