Kenza Benzidan (she/they/them) is a Gestalt therapist and Certified Compassionate Inquiry Practitioner, working from an intersectional, biopsychosocial, and trauma-informed approach. Their work is shaped by their own migrant experience and by a deep awareness of the social, cultural, and political contexts that are part of each person’s life.
They integrate body awareness, personal history, and relational experiences, creating a space of presence, respect, and deep exploration. In their therapeutic work, they support clients in understanding how trauma may be expressed in the body, in relationships, and in everyday life, while also recognizing the impact of power structures and systems of oppression on wellbeing.
Alongside their therapeutic practice, Kenza is a facilitator and trainer in intersectionality, antiracism, and gender. They also hold a Master’s degree in Armed Conflict Resolution, Social Movements, and Peace. Their professional background includes work with young people in violence prevention and in prison settings.
They offer in-person sessions in Barcelona and online.
