Laura Lepez Balboa
Laura is a certified professional practitioner of Compassionate Inquiry, a Trauma Recovery Coach and Somatic Experiencing and Embodiment Practitioner.
She serves people struggling with addiction, attachment issues, chronic pain, parenting challenges and grief so that together they can improve the quality of their relationships with themselves and others.
Her approach is to lead through a combination of tools that will help her clients to explore their triggers and limiting patterns and reprocess them, so they can experience self-compassion, inner healing, and a deeper understanding of their triggers and the old systemic patterns that unconsciously have been running their lives.
Originally from Neuquen, Argentina, Laura has lived in Missoula, Montana USA, Belgrade, Serbia and recently, she relocated to Almeria, Spain. She is available for one-to-one sessions in her office or via Zoom.
