I am in awe of the resilient and ingenious ways that people find to survive overwhelming situations and how every aspect of the body adapts, alongside the tenacity and beauty of the human spirit.  This is what inspires me.

What drew me to Compassionate Inquiry was listening to Dr Gabor Mate at a conference and feeling the resonance of his words in my body.

I am a somatic, trauma practitioner and educator in private practice in Suffolk. I offer in person and online sessions, regular classes, on-going groups and workshops.  I support embodied reconciliation of shock, attachment, relational, developmental and complex trauma.  I like to meet prospective clients and offer a free, 20 minute, zoom call for an informal chat.
