I believe that, first and foremost, we are all on our own path — constantly learning, growing, unlearning, and finding our way back to ourselves. My own journey through burnout, emotional pain, grief, and deep inner transformation is what brought me to this work. A big part of that journey was grieving unmet needs, old identities, and the pain hidden beneath survival patterns and coping strategies.
Through this process, I came to understand how deeply our emotional struggles, symptoms, and relationship dynamics are connected to the experiences we carry within us — often reaching back far beyond conscious memory, sometimes as far as conception, the womb, and inherited epigenetic patterns.
At the core of my work is the belief that we are not broken. I believe we are born whole, but lose connection to our authentic self through trauma, attachment wounds, and difficult life experiences.
My work combines grounded psychosocial counselling with body awareness, Compassionate Inquiry, and spiritual depth. Compassionate Inquiry deeply shaped the way I accompany people — with presence, curiosity, honesty, compassion, and respect for each person’s inner wisdom and unique story.
Alongside my counselling work, I have been studying shamanic practices and ceremonial work with the Peruvian teacher Puma Fredy Quispe Singona since 2023 and completed the CI Portal Training and CI Suicide Attention Training, which further deepened my understanding of consciousness, attachment, relationships, and authentic human connection.
I offer a warm, grounded, and honest space where people can reconnect with themselves beneath old conditioning and protective patterns — and slowly feel more alive, connected, inner peace and at home within themselves.
