As a mother of four daughters, I developed a deep interest in the importance of secure attachment for a healthy, joyful life. Breastfeeding our girls taught me that there is more to understanding safety and security than knowing them with the mind. There is fascinating wisdom in the body and we can get comfortable with it through awareness of physical sensations.
By learning from experts around the world, I was brought from the intricacies of perinatal physiology in the mother-baby-dyad to medical anthropology and the impact of sociocultural views on early life. When infants and children go through Adverse Childhood Experiences (ACEs), their health and wellbeing come under pressure. Healing, then, becomes a community assignment.
Making the Compassionate Inquiry journey helped me to slow down and get to know myself much better. As a Certified Practitioner I love travelling alongside you as you trace your way back to your authentic True Self.
