You don’t have to know exactly what’s wrong to seek help. Maybe you feel a bit flat, overwhelmed, burnt-out, not yourself – like you’ve lost your va-va-voom. Perhaps you’ve spent too long stuck in patterns that no longer serve you (chaotic eating, doom scrolling, avoiding relationships, etc.). You know something needs to change, but you don’t know where to begin.
I work with people who are holding too much, offering them a space that is calm, grounded, and judgement-free – a space to gently explore what’s going on beneath the surface. My approach draws from meditative practice, holistic coaching, naturopathic nutrition and Compassionate Inquiry, supporting people to see themselves clearly through the fog of self-imposed expectations and social pressures, so they can reconnect with their authentic self and live on their own terms.
