Rakel Kieding
- Life Coach

My path to Compassionate Inquiry started a few years ago when I was a stay at home mom of five children. I struggled to keep up with them, with their ever changing needs and with the world around us. In 2018 I‘ve read a book by Dr. Gordon Neufeld and Gabor Maté and “Hold onto your Kids” and it opened a new perspective for me. Through Compassionate Inquiry I found a new world of connection, acceptance and compassion not only around me but also within me. I’ve learned that we cannot control what happened to us, but we can become responsible for how we perceive that, and able to respond to it.
My main focus is on the client, their struggle, their triggers and limiting beliefs. My intention is to provide a safe space where the client can be free, welcome as they are.
I would love to accompany you on your journey to your authentic self.
