I work as a life coach and couples therapist, guided by a genuine curiosity about people and their stories.

I see myself as a lifelong learner, shaped by what life brings, through my own experiences and those of my family, friends, clients, and even the small, everyday encounters along the way.

At the core, I believe we are not so different from one another.
That understanding shapes how I work: with attention, openness, and compassion.
I naturally create a calm and safe space, where people feel welcome and truly seen.

To me Compassionate Inquiry® feels like a natural extension of who I am, both as a person and as a coach.
The approach aligns deeply with how I listen, how I stay present, and how I support others in exploring what lies beneath the surface.

Alongside this, I integrate elements of IFS and EFT, together with body-based work and breath.
By slowing down and including the body, space and clarity begin to emerge.
From there, it becomes possible to respond differently, to yourself and to others.

From that place, change is no longer something you have to force,
but something that can arise naturally.
