I am Mum to Garry, Hayley and Sonny. I am also a pioneering trauma therapist and wellness entrepreneur based in Northern Ireland. After overcoming a tumultuous early life marked by adversity, addiction and trauma, I transformed my experiences into a mission to help others heal. In 2015, I founded Hydro-ease, Northern Ireland’s first dedicated floatation therapy centre, offering a sanctuary for mental, physical and spiritual recovery.

I developed the RAFT (Reconnection and Floatation Therapy) programme, an innovative approach that combines floatation with an eclectic mix of techniques to address the root causes of trauma . My work emphasizes the body's innate ability to heal, promoting post-traumatic growth and the recovery of self.

Beyond my therapeutic practice i am a business owner, trainer, award winning international public speaker and author . My personal journey was captured in the documentary "The Magic Is Within You," and was taken to theatres, workplaces and community groups to inspire audiences to believe in the possibility of transformation, through open honest dialogue to address stigma and perceived ideas.

I continue to advocate for holistic healing, combining my personal experience and therapeutic journey to guide others from pain to purpose
