Marianne is an IBCLC, medical anthropologist, and mother of four who has dedicated her career to breastfeeding advocacy and maternal-child health. After years of volunteer work and private practice, she co-founded ACE Aware NL in 2020. This initiative focuses on raising awareness about Adverse Childhood Experiences and their long-term impact on health. Combining clinical expertise with sociology, she advocates for trauma-sensitive approaches and responsive parenting across all sectors.
