She is a Family Constellations Facilitator and Instructor with a focus on Trauma, a Hatha Yoga Teacher, and holds a Bachelor's degree in Anthropology. Since 2008, she has been on a path of inner exploration that has transformed her personal and professional life. She trained in Family Constellations with Tiiu Bolzmann and attended seminars with renowned teachers such as Hellinger, Hausner, and Hübl. Her work explores trauma, conscious parenting, and alternative education. She has published three books that weave together her personal and professional worlds. She supports individual and group processes with a compassionate approach, integrating history and roots to open the heart to the past and free future generations.
